How to record the feedback on notion so they can access it at a later time:

1. go to the small groups page
2. find your group
3. find the person who has just answered the question and click on their name
4. use the template below (copy and paste it or make your own) and put the points of feedback

This will make it so much more beneficial to everyone so they can see what they need to improve on and what they need to go back to!
